College Library has been playing a very significant role in the Educational Process and it is heart of the institution. Library provides knowledge resources to achieve objectives of the institution and helps in conservation as well as dissemination of knowledge. Our College Library performs a variety of functions by the way of collecting information, processing and retrieving the relevant information, helping the students and faculty with text books, reference books and journals, as well as by maintaining an efficient reference and information service. The college library was established in July 2007 with few of books. Today it has grown to over 2750 books. Growth of the library collections has been in tune with the growing needs of institution. Focusing upon the very important role of the library, our college Library has been growing steadily over the years.

Collection Development

Every year new books are added to the library collection. This year (2013-14) approximately 570 + books, 15 CDs were purchased and subscribed around 10 periodicals.

 Reading Hall : 65 students in each session (Morning & Afternoon)

Other Library Activities

Library Orientation program : We have introduced the Library Orientation program for new comers in order to make them aware of the library facilities available for them.
Book Exhibition : Every year the college library holds the book exhibition cum sale event to have a glance at recent publications and to facilitate bulk purchase of books for library. This has been a prominent event of our college.
Library Finance : The finance for the library comes in the form of fees from the student and some Parents and Professor donate books.

Grievance redress of the Students

Consultation with the Librarian : We have introduced the Library Orientation program for new comers in order to make them aware of the library facilities available for them.
Suggestion Book : A suggestion book is kept in the library seeking valuable suggestions and recommendations from the readers. This is a new initiative to enhance the services and reach to every student and faculty members of college.
Advisory Committee for the Library : The Library Advisory Committee plays a vital role in enhancing and developing the library services, making suitable policies that will help the library to render its best.
